The guy that helped me I’m trying to check me in is very professional and patient. My problem is with Hilton and bookings.com not making this a convenient and easy process

Great location in a safe new part of town. Easy access to little and big cottonwood canyon—35 minutes to snowbird when there’s no traffic. Nice hot breakfast with waffles, hot oatmeal, assorted cereals and juice, and hot chocolate station with all of the toppings minus whipped cream. Fancy ice water with fruit and herbs. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Easy checkin and ability to pick my room virtually . Nice small gym and work stations.

I had my service dog. She’s hypoallergenic and very clean but even if she weren’t, the staff understood as I’m a 100% disabled veteran. Most hotels get so afraid and try to charge me more. Of course, then I have to remind them of the ADA. The staff were educated on the ADA.

We were charged 150 extra for a room fee to be returned upon check out and have not seen the return on our card yet. Not even mentioned on a copy of our bill. Our current hotel is 20 dollars. Will call today but shouldn’t have to worry about this being on vacation.

The staff were all amazing! Rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. Right by everything you need but not in the middle of the business, so it was a perfect location. We’re definitely staying there every time we come into town.
